Accessed via a well maintained communal stairwell with secure entry, the accommodation comprises: hallway leading to all rooms; sitting room with two windows overlooking the historic Canongate and allowing in plenty of natural light; TV and darts board in sitting room for your entertainment. Two comfortable sofas and a double wall bed which can provide for a third sleeping space if three separate beds needed. Modern fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob/microwave /airfryer; two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and drawers , a shower room with vanity sink, WC, shower enclosure and heated tower rail.
All bedding/towels/shower mats provided. Toilet rolls too!
Fresh bedding will be provided for longer term rentals by arrangement.

The Canongate is located in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Situated close to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the Palace of Holyrood house, as well as the Scottish Parliament. The old buildings of the 16th and 17th centuries sit side by side with their Victorian and 20th century counterparts. Shops, coffee shops, supermarket, museums, bars and eateries are situated in the immediate vicinity. The historic attractions of The Old Town provide many local interests and Multrees Walk at St Andrews Square is renowned for shopping. Waverley and Haymarket rail stations, St Andrew Square bus station and the tram terminus are all conveniently situated and the City bypass and onward travel to Edinburgh International Airport, The Queensferry Crossing and the motorway system are straight forward.
