Please note that payment must be made direct to the host as soon as the booking has been confirmed with Edlets. For bookings over 8 weeks away, you can pay in 2 instalments - 50% within 14 days of the booking and the rest 50%, 4 weeks prior to your stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Western Union (cash pick up). This payment is non-refundable and so we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover you should you need to cancel. A security deposit will also be payable of £250 GBP, which will be repaid in full, as long as the apartment is left in the same condition in which it is found and none of the full terms and conditions are breached. We would appreciate notification of loss/breakage so we can replace these items, but no charge will be made for minor incidents. Please also note that arrivals must be after 2pm and departure by 10am. Arrangements outside of these times can often be accommodated, but there may be a charge payable locally.
