Spacious traditional tenement apartment on the 3rd floor with 5 double bedrooms.
Located close to the main Festival venues at The Pleasance and George Square, making this ideal Festival/Fringe accommodation for a participating group.

The accommodation comprises:

Spacious west facing living room.
Kitchen: well equipped for a long stay.

4 bedrooms, each with double bed (135cm wide)
1 further bedroom with small double bed (120cm wide)
Extra single beds can be added in some rooms upon request*

Bathroom with WHB, bath and electric shower;
Shower-room with WC, WHB and electric shower;
Cloakroom with WC and WHB.

All beds will have mattress protectors, fitted sheets, double duvet (plus cover) and four pillows (plus cases), a reading light. Extension cables in each room to enable recharging of devices.

All bedrooms have: wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables.

The kitchen contains: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, double oven, all cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.

One full set of bedding supplied per bed per let (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases). Guests must do their own laundry during stay.

Drying racks, an ironing board and an iron are supplied as well as the drier in the kitchen.

The flat is provided with a washing machine and a separate drier.

Towels and linen, if required, can be supplied at no extra cost.

One set of keys per guest is provided.

This property is rented to students during the academic year. It will, of course, have been transformed for this Festival letting period.

The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.

Check-out is by 11am

A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 60 days in advance of arrival.

A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).

Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
