Please be aware that the apartment is in a communal staircase and guests are expected to enter and leave the building quietly and must under no circumstances drop litter, smoke or drink in the communal stair. The street door must be closed after entering or leaving the building. Rubbish disposal is provided by Edinburgh Council bins on the street and rubbish must be placed directly into these bins to ensure collection.

Parking On street metered parking on Chambers Street/Victoria Street/George Square from 0730 - 1830 Monday - Saturday. Free at all other times.
Castle Terrace car park which is at the bottom of Johnston Terrace and just off Castle Terrace (secure 24 hour car park).
1. The Rental should be paid 60 days before arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer or by card payment over the phone to the landlord, (2.4% + 20 pence charge for phone payments)
2. A Security/Damage Deposit of £500 (300 for groups of 8 or under, waived for smaller family groups) is due to be paid before arrival. This can be pre-authorised on a bank card 1 or 2 days before arrival over the phone to the landlord, or can be paid by bank transfer to the Landlord's Account not less than one week before agreed date of arrival. This will be returned in full within 7 working days after the end of the stay
3. Rental paid in advance: This is refundable to the following extent in the event of cancellation: Cancellation more than 60 days before Date of Arrival: remaining balance fully refundable. Cancellation less than 60 days before the Date of Arrival; 100% non-refundable.
