Honestly I have nothing but praise for this lovely, studio apartment and it’s amazingly attentive & helpful owner.
From the moment of booking…well, actually prior to booking when I needed a few queries clarified, I had clear and prompt communications.
The private parking space was great and the instructions for gaining entry were accurate and easy to follow. The accommodation was very clean and well stocked, with little welcome essentials made available by Veronique (landlady), milk, coffee, tea…biscuits 😁.
Plenty of hot water for showering and despite the accommodation being a little bit dark on account of its position and shrubbery in the garden area, there was plenty of lighting available. Plenty of utensils, storage and usual bits n’ bobs available and I didn’t miss the TV at all.
The accommodation is also very well situated with some lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. Edinburgh centre is just a 10 minute walk up the hill, but there’s also a bus stop just around the corner if you fancy. All that lovely Edinburgh has to offer is within walking distance.
To wrap this up, the accommodation was perfect for my needs & requirements. And Veronique was an absolute Joy to deal with, courteous & understanding…she couldn’t have done more to make sure I was comfortable and happy.
