Charming 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. The location could not be better to explore everything this wonderful city has to offer.
The accommodation comprises:
Bright and spacious living area, situated at the rear of the apartment with a dining area and direct access to the garden. There is a fireplace with authentic gas stove.
Modern kitchenette, fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Separate utility room with washer and dryer.
Two king sized bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Good sized bathroom with a large bath and an overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

The apartment is accessed down a short flight of steps through a private entrance.
The majority of artwork in the apartment are pieces by local artist, Kelly Stewart, and available to purchase direct from Kelly.
Parking is free in the immediate local area after 5.30pm until 8.30am weekdays; and free all-day Saturday and Sunday. Outside these times there is on street pay parking on the adjacent streets; or the closest free on street parking is a 20-25 minute walk.
The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor and there is no lift. Therefore, we do not suggest this property for guests with mobility issues due to the steps down to the apartment.
About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)
The apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, with all amenities at your door step. Dundas Street itself offers many artisan coffee shops, independent galleries, antique shops and grocery stores.
Princes Street and George Street (the main shopping streets in Edinburgh), together with many of Edinburgh's historic landmarks and tourist attractions, are a short walk up the hill. The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, the Scottish National Gallery, Monument and Princes Street Gardens are all within a 10 minute walk. The Old Town and Edinburgh Castle are just a further 10 minute walk. All are also accessible via bus (23/27), which stops opposite the apartment.
The renowned area of Stockbridge is a short stroll and has many independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars (plus a Sunday market). The beautiful Royal Botanic Garden is less than a 10 minute walk; here you will find not only peace and tranquillity, but stunning views of the Edinburgh skyline.
Edinburgh's main train station, Waverley, is a 20 minute walk (12 minute bus ride). The main bus station is a 15 minute walk (10 minute bus ride); and where you will also find the closest Tram stop with a direct link to Edinburgh Airport.
Check-in and out times can be flexible. Guests self check-in via a lock box.
This is not a space for parties!! No parties or loud music is allowed. We have lovely neighbours who we don't want to disturb.
The host lives in the apartment above and will be happy to assist to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The host is a mother of three young children and wants to help make travelling with children as stress free as possible! A travel cot with bedding, changing mat, baby bath and high chair are available. For anything else (steriliser, toys, play mat etc) please just ask.
Note: due to the terms of the short term let licence, there is no access to the garden accept in an emergency.
