    Large flat in great location

    This is a large flat with 3 good bedrooms in a great location. Valvona and Crolla is a two minute walk away for a great breakfast. The high ceilings of the classic Edinburgh flat and the views across Edinburgh give this flat a very airy feel.

    The flat has a luxury price tag but needs a a bit of tlc. The furniture in the bedrooms reminds me of the eclectic mix I had as a student.The mattresses need renewing and it is overdue a paint job. We were a group of 6 but an extra fold up being stored in one of the bedrooms detracted from out first impressions.

    However we were up in Edinburgh for the Fringe and as a group of 6 this flat served us well. The access arrangements and communications with the hosts/agents were good. The owners responded quickly to an issue with one of the showers and we had a great time.
