The apartment has views over the Botanic Gardens to the Fife hills and the Water of Leith is only 2 minutes away; you can take a stroll along the footpath past St. Bernard's well to Dean Village and the Modern Art galleries at Belford or in the other direction to The Shore in Leith. The Botanic Gardens can be reached in a few minutes on foot. George Street, Princes Street and the Old Town and Castle are just 10/15 minutes walk away.
The flat is just two minutes from major bus routes.
Waverley Station is within easy walking distance or just a 5 minute taxi ride away.
Edinburgh Airport is 6 miles to the west, only a 20 minute drive away. The frequent airport bus service picks up and drops off passengers nearby.
The booking deposit of 15% is payable immediately to Edlets, with the remaining balance due to the property manager 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Please note that this is non-refundable after payment and guests are advised to arrange holiday insurance to cover the cost of cancellation, should this be necessary.
Do also note that a refundable house-keeping deposit of £200 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and this will be returned on cancellation or after departure, assuming the property is left in a reasonable state with no damages occured.
Please note that no pets are allowed and that there is a strict no smoking policy in this accommodation.
In July, August and September - bookings are taken for weekly periods from Saturday to Saturday only.
