2 large double bedrooms with full sized double beds, plus a smaller bedroom with a small double bed (120cms wide). All the bedrooms are fully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space and feature original fireplaces and fully working, original shutters. There is space for a further, single bed in one of the larger bedrooms.

The spacious living room boasts many period features including fireplace, original cornicing and working shutters and offers ample seating. A double sofa bed can be included in this room should it be required for a larger group. Free wifi is included, plus a large flat screen TV which can access services such as Sky catch-up and BBC iPlayer via a laptop or the PlayStation provided.

The large kitchen includes gas cooker with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, butler sink with wooden work tops and a dining table.

The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and there is a separate WC.

For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival date:
15% is due immediately as an initial instalment and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

For bookings more than 8 weeks in advance:
15% is due immediately as an initial instalment and is non-refundable.
50% is due 8 weeks before arrival
Remaining 35% of the total price is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Festival Bookings
15% is due immediately as an initial instalment and is non-refundable.
50% of the total price is due on 1st June.
Remaining 35% of the total price is due on 1st July.

Cancellation Policy
The initial instalment of 15% is non refundable.
50% refund of the remaining balance, if cancellation occurs at least 4 weeks before arrival;
25% refund of the remaining balance, if the cancellation occurs between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival;
No refund due if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Check In and Out
We will be as flexible as possible with our check in and check outs,
however this is subject to bookings before your arrival and after your departure.
