For bookings made for the months of June, July and August full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
All other times outwith the above the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit is required to be paid on arrival and the amount depends on the duration of the stay.
For long-term bookings (6 months and longer):
A 500GBP refundable damages deposit applies Rental includes local taxes, WiFi. The cost of utilities (gas and electricity) is included up to 250GBP per month. Additional utility usage is payable by the guest.
