The accommodation benefits from 2 spacious bathrooms, three en suite bedrooms and a further shower room, kitchen, utility room, and large open plan dining lounging area.

Additionally there is a small secluded walled garden to the rear and private parking for up to two vehicles at the front of the property.

This town house offers spacious accommodation over three floors, with a grand but welcoming feel.

Ground floor:
Entrance vestibule leading through to hallway.
Bedroom 1; A large room, formerly the lounge with four poster bed and en-suite shower room
New open plan lounge, kitchen dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dish-washer and all necessary kitchen utensils, china and glass ware. The kitchen leads to a utility room, which provides additional food storage and preparation space including microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and second sink.
A dining area with large table that can seat up to 14 guests, note we can provide an additional smaller table upon request.
Beyond the kitchen diner is a large lounge area of approximately 40m2 with wall hung tv and access to the rear garden. There is also a cloakroom toilet and boiler room off the lounge.

First floor:
Bedroom 2; small twin room to the front of the house which has use of the large bathroom with shower and bath down the hallway.
Bedroom 3; large bay windowed bedroom with two single beds (a third can be added) and en-suite shower room and marble fireplace.
Bedroom 4; twin bedroom to the rear of the property with three single beds and en-suite shower room.
Bathroom with bath and shower that serves bedroom 2.

Second floor:
Bedroom 5; Twin room that can sleep up to four singles.
Bedroom 6; King room to the rear of the house, sleeping two.
Shower room adjacent to bedroom 5.
Large bathroom with rolltop bath and freestanding shower next door to bedroom 6.


This accommodation also benefits from a private parking area for one large or two small cars at the front of the building. Note do not park across the footpath.

A security deposit of 300GBP is payable at time of edlets confirmation and is returned following departure.

The full balance of the rental amount is due 6 weeks in advance of arrival.

Check in from 3pm with departure by 11am.
