Please that the property is spaced over four blocks and doesn't have an elevator / lift. There are four stories in total and wherever possible we will try to honour requests for lower floors but please note that this will not always be possible.
School groups & young adults can only be accepted if accompanied by 1 or more adults.
Payment An initial payment of 15% of the total is due on confirming your booking. The remaining balance is payable within 60 days of your arrival date.
Cancellation Cancel 61 days or more before your arrival date: 85% of total booking cost is refundable if already paid. Cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date: No refund is due.
