This lovely and centrally situated 2-bedroom flat is located in the centre of Scotland's historic and beautiful Edinburgh, and will be the perfect base for your trip! The apartment is perfectly located less than 10 minutes away from Central Edinburgh, and the Edinburgh Waverley Station provides quick and easy access in and out of the city.

Our home is main door flat on ground floor, there is no stair, private entrance to the flat. The free on street parking just in front of the flat along safe quiet Milton Street.

Guests can access the whole flat during stay.
Our flat has 2 bedrooms, kingsize bed in master bedroom and double bed in 2nd bed room and super kingsize sofa bed in living room to accommodate 6 guests in total.

Our full equipped kitchen provides all cooking essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper as well as breakfast (milk, juice, cereal, butter, jam, tea, coffee, cookies)
