Purpose built, these modern apartments offer private en-suite facilities for each of the individually secured 8 bedrooms for larger groups of guests to Edinburgh during the summer months, whilst catering for students throughout the rest of the year.

The accommodation comprises:
Open plan kitchen / lounge area with flat screen television and free Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen area comes equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and a tea towel.
The lockable en-suite bedrooms with small double (4ft) beds come complete with all bed linen, bath & hand towels, as are duvet and pillows (changed on a weekly basis).
About the location (Fountainbridge, Edinburgh)
Based in the Fountainbridge area, there is a Sainsburys grocery store is located onsite at the accommodation so that you can stock up on any essential food supplies.
Located directly opposite the Fountain Park Leisure Centre, which boasts a cinema, gym, tenpin bowling alley and a range of restaurants, bars and pubs.
The properties are also a short walk to the Old Town and City Centre with plentiful buses passing into the centre.
Check-in/Check-out You can check in from 15.00 on your arrival day and check out is by 10.00am. This is to give us enough time to prepare the room for the arrival of new guests.The reception is open until 19:00 (7pm) however later arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Smoking policy Smoking (including vaping) is strictly not permitted in the rooms or anywhere on university property. There are designated external smoking areas. Please ask at reception if you cannot locate it.
Children/Infants Please note we cannot provide cots, rollaway beds or highchairs, any items needed should be brought by guests. Children under 16 are permitted to stay in their own room, though you must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us. Standard charges apply.
Laundry There are onsite laundry facilities for washing/ drying. Laundry cards are available from reception. Ironing boards and irons and hairdryers can be borrowed from reception, subject to availability.
Beds All rooms are furnished with small double beds (4ft wide), so best suited to single occupancy.
Pet policy We are unable to accommodate pets in the flats. Guide Dogs are welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Stag and Hen groups Sorry, we regret that we are unable to accept stag or hen groups at this accommodation.
Payment and cancellation terms Full balance is due 42 days in advance of arrival. All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
