History

Abbeyhill is one of the oldest parts of the city, taking its name from Holyrood Abbey, a major historic religious site. The main east-west thoroughfare through the area is London Road, laid in the 1820s as part of the Calton development of the New Town.

- Please note that the person making the booking must be at least 25 years old.

- Strictly NO PARTY POLICY is in place. Any noise that can be heard by neighboring properties or from outside is NOT ALLOWED.

- SMOKING is permitted ONLY OUTSIDE the flat.

- Please RESPECT the neighbors and keep NOISE LEVELS DOWN between 8 PM and 8 AM.

If you require any additional bedding, a travel cot, highchair or anything else please give us plenty of notice so we can arrange this for you. A small charge applies.

Later check out and earlier check in up to two hours can also be arranged with enough notice for an additional charge.

Payment terms
For bookings of 28 nights or shorter: The full rental payment is due in advance of arrival.
For bookings of longer than 28 nights: Rental payments can be made in instalments (by prior agreement).

Refundable damages deposit
A damages deposit of 250.00 GBP applies.
Damages deposit is fully refundable after your stay, minus the costs of making good any damages to the property or its contents, and the replacement of lost keys, parking fobs/permits etc.
