An unexpected change of plans meant we had to find accommodation at very short notice - and boy did we fall on our feet booking this place. A quick transition from relieved to delighted!
I stayed for 3 nights with my teenage son and, whilst the flat is described as compact, it was plenty big enough for us (& I believe it would not feel crowded even if booked to capacity). It’s very clean, light and airy - and extremely well appointed. The layout of the kitchen area has been well thought out - to the point there is even a washing machine tucked away in a cupboard, should you need one during your stay.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.
The flat is a short walk from the city centre, tucked away from traffic and noisy nightlife. Perfect for a base to return to after a busy day.
Pete (the owner) couldn’t have been more welcoming, flexible and accommodating. We had no need to call on him during our stay - but it was reassuring to know that he was local and available if needed.
All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay.
