Any noise that can be heard by neighbouring properties or from outside is NOT ALLOWED.

- SMOKING is permitted ONLY OUTSIDE the flat.

- Please RESPECT the neighbours and keep NOISE LEVELS DOWN between 8 PM and 8 AM.

Payment terms
For bookings of 28 nights or shorter: The full rental payment is due in advance of arrival.
For bookings of longer than 28 nights: Rental payments can be made in instalments (by prior agreement).

Refundable damages deposit
A damages deposit of 250.00 GBP applies.
Damages deposit is fully refundable after your stay, minus the costs of making good any damages to the property or its contents, and the replacement of lost keys, parking fobs/permits etc.
