Lovely cottage with a garden, located in the popular Leith Links Colonies, right opposite Leith Links Park and only a 10-minute walk to the trendy Shore area of Leith.
The flat is situated in a quiet, atmospheric street, not far from the city center, and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus.

The accommodation comprises:

Living room with gas stove and a comfortable double sofa bed with a full mattress. The dining table is big enough for 5 people, and there is plenty of seating for everyone, although not visible on the pictures.

Good-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed which is ideal for a child or smaller adult.

Modern bathroom with shower.

Guests have access to the whole of the property, including the front garden.

Payment terms
For bookings of 28 nights or shorter: The full rental payment is due in advance of arrival.
For bookings of longer than 28 nights: Rental payments can be made in instalments (by prior agreement).

Refundable damages deposit
A damages deposit of 250.00 GBP applies.
Damages deposit is fully refundable after your stay, minus the costs of making good any damages to the property or its contents, and the replacement of lost keys, parking fobs/permits etc.

Pet charges
If pets are staying, an additional charge of 15.00 GBP per pet applies to cover the cost of extra cleaning.
If a cat is staying, the refundable damages deposit is increased to 500.00 GBP.
