Really good place... very suitable for the Fringe.

Value for money –I think by Fringe standards not terrible.

However, be aware that the bed is a loft. This is not good if you're a frequent visitor to the bathroom in the night! I was happy to have stayed a month and not broken a limb!

Also while it can technically fit two people, I would strongly urge not to use it for anything other than sleeping!! It would be a risk that the bed would collapse and you'll send up in hospital!

Sweet, tidy little studio with easy access to everything. Beautiful place. There is the whole world of restaurants in walking distance. The pubs are nice and there is something for every taste.

Fantastic studio apartment in city centre location

My daughter and I stayed in this fantastic studio apartment for two months, and we can highly recommend it to any other guest.
The apartment is bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped for longer stays.
G. is a wonderful host, experienced and helpful, and the communication with him was easy. Thank you so much !!

Cozy studio in Tollcross. Very central, plenty of restaurants/shops nearby and just a short walk to the Meadows (2 min) and the city centre (15 min). The hosts were very friendly, would definitely stay here again.

We scheduled the apartment for almost all of the month of July. We needed it as an overflow unit for my colleague. We made arrangements to meet and walk through the apartment. Unfortunately, my colleague became ill and we were unable to meet. Gohar was extremely accommodating, even after we missed the first walk through.

The apartment and amenities were well suited for our needs. It was extremely clean, and the location was convenient to the University of Edinburgh, the Meadows, the Royal Mile, Princes Street and Haymarket.

The listing was accurate and I would definitely stay there again.

The flat was very conveniently located, with a pleasant walk through the Meadows to get to old town. It was very clean and modern and perfect for one or two people.

The hosts are incredibly kind and communicative. They even drove me to the train station. Very highly recommend this flat.
