Lovely appartment with good facilities

I stayed for almost 40 days during a research fellowship, and my wife and kids even came over for the last few days, which the renter (Toff) was so kind to provide an air-madress for!
The lovely appartment is an ideal place for both couples and singles, it has a nice and cozy inside appeal, with good kitchen facilities!
The bed and couches are good, and the TV (in the bedroom) comes with all imaginable channels.
Toff is a very kind renter, swift replies, great advice for sightseeing and local tips and tricks.
There are both Lidl and Saintsbury within a 7 min walk, and short walks to public transport system (with Bus 1 going to Princess Street a 2 min walk from the appartment). Arthus Seat is easily within reach.
The bathroom is very clean and nice, albeit a bit tight to sit on the toilet, the shower is very good.
Highly recommend it, had a great time!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights to go to the Fringe Festival. It is a smart and very clean flat. Our host was very friendly and very helpful. All facilities were excellent.
The only downside is a very small bathroom which contains a sink, toilet and shower. It is very narrow and you have to lift your knees up while sitting on the toilet or sit sideways. The toilet is only a few inches away from the shower. It would not be suitable for a very big person.
There was an airing cupboard that was full of stuff. This would be a bonus to be able to use it for warming damp clothes. However there is a rack for drying clothes.
The area is quiet and safe. There is a bus stop into the city centre close by.
There is also a corner shop nearby too. We would stay here again.
