This flat is lovely, restored by the owner and full of warm wood and tapestries as well as large windows for plenty of light even in winter. It is bigger than it looks in the photos, and was very comfortable for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. The location is superb, especially if you have kids (the best playground I've ever seen is at the end of the street) or want to watch the fireworks at Edinburgh Castle (also visible from the park at the end of the street). Groceries, pubs and restaurants are all in easy walking distance, as well as the main streets of the town center. I would definitely stay here again. I would also rent through Edlets again: they provided excellent service and were always available when needed, even during the holidays.
