This is a bright and beautifully refurbished traditional lower villa on the west side of Edinburgh, 3 miles from the city centre.
You would be welcome to sit and relax on the bench and enjoy the well maintained front garden.
The drying area at the back of the house is shared whilst the outer edge bordering that area belongs to the neighbours upstairs.
Parking is available, free of charge although there are excellent links into town via bus or tram.
Available for short-term lets and would be suitable for visitors on holiday or travelling on business.
Short breaks from 3 nights are available all year excepting July and August when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Please note that the back garden is shared with only some parts being allocated to our guests
