The Cottage is based in a residential area of Gullane and can sleep 10 people. There are 5 twin bedrooms (2 can be converted into double beds), a large lounge and fully fitted kitchen.
It is a 5 minute walk from Gullane Golf Club. Muirfield, Archerfield, Luffness, Kilspindie, Craigielaw, Longniddy and North Berwick golf courses are all within easy reach. There is a variety of quality shops, pubs and restaurants within Gullane Village and the seaside town of North Berwick is only a ten minute drive away.

The upper floor of the cottage has a large lounge with patio doors leading to a balcony with spectacular view over Gullane bay. There is also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a shower room/toilet on this floor.
Downstairs can be reached by stairs (or stairlift) which leads to a large kitchen/dining room with built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and induction hob. On the same floor there are three toilet/shower rooms and a further 3 twin bedrooms, There is a garden to the front and side of the property with a private gate to the beach.

The village of Gullane hosts numerous gastro pubs, restaurants and specialty shops. The coastal town of North Berwick is a short drive/bus journey away and has a huge variety of restaurants, pubs and shops.
Gullane has an excellent local bus service with direct buses into Edinburgh City Centre. Longniddry Train Station is a 10 minute drive from the cottage and provides a regular train services into Waverley Station in the heart of Edinburgh.
The cottage has spectacular views over Gullane bay, the Firth of Forth and the Kingdom of Fife.

Terms
Check in/out: Check-in is after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 350 will be required at the time of booking. This will be returned if everything is in order following your stay.
Payment: The balance on the booking fee must be paid in full at least one month prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within a month of the booking will be charged at 250. Cancellation within 15 days of the booking will be charged at 350.
Restrictions: Sorry, pets and stag or hen parties are not permitted in this property.
