Perfect

There is only one word to describe this apartment, and that is PERFECT! My husband and I stayed here for 5 weeks while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. We travel a great deal, and have been to Edinburgh multiple times in the past. While reading online about an apartment always paints a wonderful picture, in actuality, that is not the case. This apartment was beautiful, spotless, and afforded every modern convenience possible!

It also is in a perfect location! The bus stop is right outside the door; however, if you enjoy walking, the Royal Mile is less than a mile from the apartment. A Tesco Superstore is literally right around the corner. There a restaurants and pubs galore, all within easy walking distance.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the owner. Nicola could not have done anything to make our stay more perfect! She went way above and beyond what was anticipated. Feel like we made a new friend. This will ALWAYS be my first choice of a place to stay whenever we are in Scotland! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 10 if that was possible!

Such a beautiful flat, very cozy and comfortable and and everything you can possibly need is literally right outside the front door. Amazing host, really helpful and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in this apartment for work for more than two months. It has everything you could need and more and is even better than shown in pictures. All brand new, which is not usually found in Edinburgh, clean, spacious and super cosy and comfortable. It has every type of utensil you might need, and we felt 100% at home. Moreover, it is located close to Broughton Street which is super centric and well-connected but offers unique local shops/restaurants and cafes/pubs which is great. Also a Tesco/Liddle super close (1-minute walk) so it was really convenient. Nicola, the owner of the flat, is super helpful and friendly and was always available if needed. Overall a 5/5 star experience and if we plan on coming back we will try to stay here again for sure!
