I traveled to Edinburgh alone for this month. For me, this apartment was great because it was cozy and just enough really for one person. It has everything you need, including a smart TV with Netflix! No clothes drier but there is a dishwasher which made all the difference for me coming home feeling tired and lacking time to bother with dishes!
There is one bedroom with a double bed, but the couch also can turn into a bed if needed.
The view from the window is gorgeous! You can see the city skyline even. There are plenty of connections to the city center and also some lovely walks around. A couple of shops walking distance. Very safe and nice area, too.
It us quite an old building and the flat is located on the top floor so there is no step free access to it. But if that's not an issue (wasn't for me), then it's a good fit!
Susan, the letting agent, is very nice and accommodating. She has helped me during a bit of a confusing time. Check-in and check-out are straightforward - there is a lock box so no need to arrange pick up of the keys at certain hours!
All in all, would highly recommend!
