Located in the Old Town near Edinburgh Castle, The Grassmarket and other Old Town destinations. This is a safe area to walk around at night. Many bars and restaurants are located on Lothian Road and George Street catering for all tastes. Just a short walk to the West End of Princes Street, and only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile. Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city. Restaurants and bars, theatres and city centre shopping all within a short walk. Short drive to many local company HQs and Business Parks. Close to most attractions with award-winning transport links.

This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are not allowed. Please respect the other residents.
Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures are up to 10 am. We will try to be flexible on these times and all requests will be considered although no guarantees can be given, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving the same day.
The apartment is on the ground floor but unfortunately does not have disabled access.
