Great location and a place for people with little budget and no expectations

A big place in great but noisy location and a landlord who is trying to help. Unfortunately these are the only positive things we can say about staying there. The flat was extremely dirty and we have no idea how you can rent it out in such a condition. Beds, sheets, mattresses, kitchen walls, microwave... literally everything was very stained, mouldy and very distgusting. The landlord replaced items, delivered a new microwave and tried to be helpful but even with many years of touring experiences and never big budgets, this was the worst place we have even been.
