Excellent location, we stayed for a month over the course of the Edinburgh Fringe festival. Couldn't have asked for a better spot, and the bedrooms are sizeable with good storage. Kitchen is tiny and annoying - bathrooms also small and tricky. Richard was great to deal with, really prompt communication and friendly.

Really convenient location for Fringe.
6 adults stayed, and we were very comfortable.
