The centre of the city and station are five to ten minutes walk away and it is uniquely well situated for peace and quiet in the evening yet easy access to bustling Edinburgh.
After payment of the initial instalment (15%), the remaining balance is payable approximately 1 month prior to arrival.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of a minimum of 150GBP is required.
The security deposit is refundable approximately 14 days after departure, once the property has been checked.
Cancellation Policy More than 1 month prior to arrival - initial instalment (15%) retained only; Between 1 month & 2 weeks - initial instalment & further 25% retained; Less than 2 weeks to arrival - any refund is at the property host's discretion.
Standard check-in is 3pm; Standard check-out is 11am.
