The flat is lovely, very clean and comfortable. It is not far from the city centre and convinient to go by bus or tram. There are big supermarkets on both sides of the street.
Catherine and her husband are very kind and helpful to arrange picking up our luggage from the train station.
One thing to note is the bar downstair can be noisy. We stayed for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is quite noisy. But if you like music, it maybe a good thing.
Overall, we feel lucky that we chose this flat. It is good value for money.

Excellent location with convenient buses to town centre.
Free parking outside the front door.
Flat has everything you need for a home from home.
Comfortable beds, but better cushions in the lounge would be appreciated by the older generation.
Excellent value for money, very clean.

We had a lovely 5 night stay in August during the festival. The flat was well equipped and convenient for buses or walking in to the city centre. There was music in the pub below on the Saturday night but it finished at midnight so wasn't a problem. I would recommend it as a good value, well situated flat to stay. Catherine was a good host. We would definitely go back.

Good location for visiting the centre and the lothian areas. We really enjoyed our stay, it was roomy. The pub downstairs can be a little bit noisy but, hey, city life!
Catherine was very helpful as well.
