Comfortable apartment in good location

This flat is spacious and homely. It doesn’t feel corporate but has a more homely feel. Veronique, the owner, is very helpful and obliging. The area is good for getting a sense of the real Edinburgh - it’s very near lovely Stockbridge and has excellent buses outside for getting all over the rest of the city. Would definitely recommend this place.

Friends and I have stayed at this apartment on 4 separate occasions when at the fringe and certainly recommend it , it is a large apartment with two good sized bedrooms, a cozy lounge which had a sofa bed and a reasonable box room with a comfortable mattress. also a large traditional kitchen. A great location in new town , very clean and has the benefit of on site car parking.Will certainly stay there again.

Huge apartment near the centre

I've been spending 3 months in this apartment with a friend and I find it very cosy and confortable.
First the location is 10 minutes away the tram stop and the main strip full of shops. Dundas street has anyway restaurant/Tesco etc.
The house is very big, especially the kitchen with a separated laundry room and the living room is the double of a random double bedroom.
Hard if not impossible to find better in Edinburgh

Fabulous property with attentive owners who really looked after us prior to our stay with advice and excellent communications.
The property is ideal for any sightseeing of any time in Edinburgh , we visited for the fringe festival and were in the centre of all that was going on for that. Our hosts left us with a lovely selection of coffee,tea and biscuits which were much appreciated.
The property has an eclectic feel whilst being homely too .
Highly recommended !

A lovely basement flat 20 minutes from city centre

We were in town for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and this flat met all of our needs. Nearly all the venues were in walking distance (30 minutes or less) and yet it was quieter at night, a relaxing place to return to after a show. There is an abundance of grocery stores around. The flat itself is very nice, with a big kitchen and a sitting room that was large enough to use for rehearsing in. Would definitely recommend.
