Located at the foot of Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile, just across from Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament, this apartment makes a great base from which to explore the Old Town, Holyrood Park and beyond. 5 minutes walk to the East End of Princes Street.
After payment of the initial instalment (15%), the remaining balance is payable approximately 1 month prior to arrival.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of a minimum of 150GBP is required.
The security deposit is refundable approximately 14 days after departure, once the property has been checked.
Please note that guest bank details must have been sent to the host to enable the rebate.
Cancellation Policy More than 1 month prior to arrival - initial instalment (15%) retained only; Between 1 month & 2 weeks - initial instalment & further 25% retained; Less than 2 weeks to arrival - any refund is at the property host's discretion.
Standard check-in is 3pm; Standard check-out is 11am.
