I stayed in this apartment with my wife for two months. Overall, it is a very nice place to live, and I can definitely recommend it. The furniture is in good shape, and the kitchen looks very nice, although it is small. The apartment was handed over spotless clean. The stairwell to the apartment looks a bit sketchy and smells funny.

From the apartment, you have a great view of Arthur's Seat, which is a big plus in terms of location. Besides that, the area has simple restaurants, supermarkets, and craft beer shops nearby. The area is not snobbish/posh; it feels more like a working-class region.

I am from Germany, which is probably why I think the price for a furnished ~40 square meter apartment only acceptable; you would not pay that kind of money here (maybe in Berlin). However, I accepted that living costs in Edinburgh are high, so it is what it is.

This is a lovely sunny flat with everything you need.

Near the Old Town but not a touristy area.

I needed a short term let for a work placement in Edinburgh, and this flat was perfect! Very clean, fully furnished (even equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen), and Pat is an extremely helpful and responsive landlord. Really enjoyed my stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rossie Place. An absolutely beautiful view to wake up to every morning, comfortable bed to sleep in, and a fully furnished apartment which catered all my needs. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with, and I would return to stay here whenever in Edinburgh!

Place was clean and tidy, and is very central. It has an amazing view of Holyrood. The flat was very well equipped with everything that we needed and was well looked after. The host was very easy to contact and provided us with a great stay!

I stayed at Rossie Place with my boyfriend for a couple of weeks in September.
From first contact the host was very warm, trustworthy, and gave us all the information we could need.

The location is good, only about 10 minutes walk from the Parliament (which is at the bottom of the Royal Mile). There is a nice view of Arthur's Seat from the property. The flat is up a few flights of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues it could be a struggle as there is no lift.

I would say the property is actually even nicer than the photos. The kitchen is modern, the living room is bright and comfortable, and the bedroom is fresh and home-y. The bed linen was spotless and seemed very crisp and clean. The hosts made sure we had everything for our stay and were very responsive to emails.

Overall we had a very positive stay in Rossie Place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
