A lovely large flat in an excellent location!
I stayed here for a month with the cast, crew, and band of my Edinburgh Fringe show, and the flat was perfectly suited for our large group. Having multiple bathrooms, many beds, and many sets of keys was ideal for everyone's different schedules. The natural light and high ceilings made the flat feel spacious, even when there were 14 of us living there! We particularly liked the large and well-equipped kitchen, which was our main communal space. We were in a lovely neighbourhood, close to several venues and supermarkets. Richard was a very generous host, and received us personally, and came over to deal with any issues very quickly.
The only issue we had was the Wifi dropping out, which was probably linked to the wider issue of poor mobile data and signal at the Fringe.
Would definitely stay here again!
