South Clerk Street is a main route through the South side of Edinburgh that originates at the east end of Princes Street.
A hive of activity being right among the main Fringe Festival venues, just around the corner from The Meadows and close to The University of Edinburgh.
Lots of bars, restaurants & shops in the immediate vicinity and right on direct bus routes to all other parts of the city.
The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.

A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than 60 days in advance of arrival.
A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
The apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
Mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillow case supplied for each bed but must do own laundry during stay.
