Located next to the Usher Hall and Traverse Theatre on Lothian Rd, this five bedroom top floor flat makes ideal Festival accommodation for a participating group.
The five double bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms.
The accommodation comprises:
Large west-facing living room. Large kitchen with extending dining table: well equipped for a long stay. One bathroom with WC, WHB, bath and electric shower; One shower-room with WC, WHB and electric shower.
Every bed will have a bedside table, a reading light and a 4 way extension cable to enable recharging of devices.
All bedrooms have: wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables.
The kitchen contains: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, double oven, all cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is also a washing machine and a separate drier.
One full set of bedding supplied per bed per let (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases). Guests must do their own laundry during stay.
Drying racks, an ironing board and an iron are supplied as well as the drier in the kitchen.
Towels and linen, if required, can be supplied at no extra cost.
One set of keys per guest is provided. Free Wi-Fi.

This property is rented to students during the academic year. It will, of course, have been transformed for this Festival letting period.

The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.

A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than 60 days in advance of arrival.
A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
