A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is required to make a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than eight weeks in advance of arrival.
A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
Mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillow case supplied for each bed but must do own laundry during stay.
