The accommodation comprises:
Living room; Large kitchen with extending dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob, washer-drier, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
One bathroom with WC, WHB, bath and shower cubicle on upper floor; One bathroom with WC, WHB and shower on lower floor. Five double bedrooms; All bedrooms have: wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables.
All beds will have mattress protectors, fitted sheets, double duvet (plus cover) and four pillows (plus cases), a reading light. Extension cables in each room to enable recharging of devices.
One full set of bedding supplied per bed per let (mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases). Guests must do their own laundry during stay.
Drying racks, an ironing board and an iron are supplied as well as the drier in the kitchen.
The flat is provided with a washing machine and a separate drier.
Towels and linen, if required, can be supplied at no extra cost.
Please note: the property is offered for summer rentals with 1 double bed in each bedroom. Additional single beds may be available for your stay (at an additional cost). Please contact us for details if you require additional beds.
The flat is rented to student groups from September each year. For summer rentals, the property is rigorously deep-cleaned prior to the let including carpets.
About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)
Located on Annandale Street, the apartment is a short walk from Leith Walk and Broughton St with all of their shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Waverley station is ten minutes away and the nearby tram stop provides access to the service going to Edinburgh airport. Well served by taxis and buses.
The cost of electricity, gas and WiFi internet access are included in the rental price.
Check-out is by 11am
A non-refundable down-payment of 10% is require to make a reservation.
The remaining balance is payable no later than 60 days in advance of arrival.
A 400GBP refundable damages deposit is payable with the remaining balance, and refunded at the end of the stay (minus the cost of making good any damages to the property, if any).
Apartment must be left clean and tidy and all trash, toiletries, drink and food etc removed.
