Exceptional accommodation

Margaret and Robert are without a doubt two of the loveliest and most welcoming people you could meet. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected and made my stay with them the best it could have been. The room and own bathroom are just off the main door of the house, offering privacy. The room is very spacious and comfortable - I could not have asked for anything more. Both the sitting room and kitchen are made available for shared use.

Although the property is located a small ways outside the city centre, it is exceptionally well connected by bus. Bus stops are directly outside the front door. There was never a problem getting into (back from) the city or to the University King's Building's campus by direct bus. Absolutely no concern getting to work / into town for sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this property, and would be very happy to return next time I'm in Edinburgh!

This room was excellent value for money. The accommodation was immaculate, spacious and you had your own privacy. Margaret, the owner of the property was so welcoming and could not do enough for you. It is a very short ride into town and the bus is right out side the house. I could not recommended this accommodation enough for anyone who wants a short or long stay in Edinburgh. Five stars all round.
