The flat has a great location: 15/20 min on foot from the Old Town, good transport link to Stockbridge, Princes Street and Leith.

The accommodation comprises:

Large kitchen with oven and microwave, 1 fridge that we share, and a small living-room adjacent to the kitchen. We also have access to a communal garden. (Smoking allowed in the garden only)

The property is managed by an agency, so REFERENCE & PROOF OF INCOME will be required.

About the current flatmates: we all in our 30s, working full-time (some of us from home), we don't see each other often but we're happy to socialise. So we're looking for a professional who doesn't mind a quiet flat and who's respectful of the property.
