The Robert Louis Stevenson Premium Suite has a luxurious kingsize sleigh bed, large en-suite and is finished to a high specification with flatscreen HD Smart TV (free Netlfix), bluetooth sound system and Wi-Fi internet access.

The suite sleeps up to 4 however is aimed more for professionals & couples, its fantastic for honeymoons, birthdays and other special occasions.

The Breakfast Room looks onto the terrace where breakfast can be served - weather permitting!

A complimentary, continental breakfast of cereals, pastries, yoghurt, toast and fruit is included for B & B guests, with a modest additional fee for the hot menu.

There are free airport transfers for all guests in August.

The entrance to the Water of Leith Walkway is on our doorstep and you can walk/cycle into Edinburgh city centre,(8m) or enjoy the many outdoor activities offered in the Pentlands from fishing in the seven reservoirs, golf, horseriding, rambling and even skiing, the Pentlands boasts the biggest dry ski slope in Europe.
