The Albyn Townhouse is an impressive 4 storey 19th century Victorian Townhouse. Our family run, 4 star guest house has 10 fully en-suite bedrooms, offering doubles, twins or family rooms. Newly redecorated to a high standard, all our rooms are different in styles and decor.

We offer 3 private car parking spaces...to be booked in advance only!

Price ranges from £35.00 to £50.00 per person per night, on a shared basis, depending on season & number of nights & include a full Scottish or continental breakfast, we cater for veggies and vegans as well.

The accommodation comprises:

5 double king en-suite rooms;
2 family en-suite rooms;
3 double king/twin en-suite rooms.

Rooms come with tea & coffee facilities, hair dryers are available and there is free wi-fi internet available throughout.

Please note that after confirmation, the first night's accommodation is taken to guarantee the room, If you do actually settle your remaining account using any card, a 3% service charge is applied.

Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel, this needs to be carried out in writing by email, fax or letter and is subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations or change to the number of nights, made up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged plus the initial instalment retained. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
However for August, Festivals & rugby week-ends we enforce a 15 days cancellations and full charges policy. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation charge.
To prevent incurring cancellation charges, we recommend you take out the appropriate pre-travel and travel insurance.
